Who is Andrea?

I am a mom, wife, and daughter. Most importantly, I am a woman of this generation who has stayed strong through her journey of 60+ years. There is pure joy in seeing the smile and the tilt of someone’s head when they take a bite of my creation. I may be tough on the outside, saying, “Do not mess with my family,” but I am a softie who will do almost anything for my family and friends. I feel safest when we are all together, sitting at the table and sharing everything.

This recipe is a labor of love perfected over more than 30 years. Family and friends look forward to it at every gathering. I first saw a different version with other ingredients in a book more than three decades ago. After experimenting with the ingredients, I created my own version, and it was a hit with everyone.

Why I'm Selling It

I want to share the flavors of my baking with new people and watch them smile as they experience these tastes for the first time. Creating a business I can be proud of has always been a goal, and this is my way of bringing that dream to life.

Where I'm From

My adventure started in Dorchester, Massachusetts. When I was 5, we moved to Brockton, and it was interesting to grow up in a city environment. I attended college in Garden City, New York, where I had great adventures. After returning home, I met Marc (my husband of 40 years) and became a mom three times, fulfilling my primary dream. My other dream was to open a café where I could cook and bake for everyone.
